• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for your account security
• One person per account (no sharing)
• You must be 18+ to use Orbitova
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

You may NOT use Orbitova to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Resell or sublicense access to Orbitova
• Use automated bots or scrapers

• Plans billed monthly or yearly as selected
• Prices include 18% GST
• Payments processed via Razorpay
• Prorated billing applied when upgrading plans
• Downgrade takes effect at next billing cycle
• See Refund Policy for cancellations

• You own all data, files, and content you upload
• You grant Orbitova a license to store and display your content to provide the service
• We do not claim ownership of your content

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
• We are not liable for downtime or data loss beyond our control

Orbitova is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data due to user error
• Third-party service failures (Razorpay, Supabase, Google)
• Business losses resulting from service interruption

• You may cancel your account anytime from Settings
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted
