1. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription anytime from: Profile → Billing tab → Current Plan → Cancel Subscription
2. What Happens After Cancellation
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
- After expiry: account moves to Free plan automatically
- Your data is NEVER deleted — it stays safe
- Organizations and projects beyond Free limits are locked (read-only)
- You can upgrade again anytime to unlock everything instantly
3. Monthly Plans
- Cancel anytime
- No further charges after cancellation
- Access continues until end of current month
4. Yearly Plans
- Cancel anytime
- No further charges after cancellation
- Access continues until end of current year
- Refund for unused months available within 30 days (see Refund Policy)
5. Reactivation
You can reactivate your subscription anytime by upgrading from Billing. All your data will be instantly accessible again.
6. Account Deletion
To permanently delete your account: Profile → Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account
This is irreversible. All data will be deleted within 30 days.
