- Organization data: org name, member list
- Project data: projects, files, messages, feedback
- Payment information: processed securely via Razorpay (we do not store card details)
- Usage data: login times, feature usage, browser or device type, and anonymous analytics events via Google Analytics
- Files you upload to our platform
- Device and app information: browser or app version, page context, and technical details you include when you send us feedback
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the Orbitova service
- To send transactional emails (invites, notifications, receipts)
- To process payments via Razorpay
- To send plan renewal reminders
- To analyze usage and improve features
- We do NOT sell your data to third parties
4. Data Storage & Security
- Data stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest
- Files stored on Supabase Storage with access controls
- Payments processed by Razorpay (PCI DSS compliant)
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Regular security audits
5. Data Retention
- Account data retained while account is active
- Deleted accounts: your profile, organizations you solely own, files, and messages are removed immediately on confirmation
- Payment records are retained by our payment processor, Razorpay, and in our tax records as required by Indian law
6. Your Rights
- Access your data: export from Settings
- Correct your data: update in Profile
- Delete your account: in the app under Profile → Settings → Danger Zone, or follow the steps at orbitova.in/support/settings/delete-account
- Data portability: JSON export available
7. Cookies
- We use essential cookies for authentication
- Analytics via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics on the website and in the apps
- No advertising cookies
8. Third-Party Services
- Supabase: database and file storage
- Razorpay: payment processing
- Google OAuth: optional sign-in method
